THE LAND OF ÒRÌṢÀ (2024-)
Artworks generated by AI
The transmedia series is called The Land of Òrìṣà, Òrìṣà meaning divinity in Yoruba (biggest etnicity group in Nigeria, the most densely populated country in Africa).

It tells the story of the origin of mankind, which, according to Yoruba philosophy, was created by the Òrìṣà.

With The Land of Òrìṣà, we invite the audiences to embark on a mythological epic journey inspired by Yoruba traditions—a universe where the sacred intertwines with the fantastical to celebrate cultural heritage while exploring universal themes such as authenticity, self-discovery and moral balance.

At Luvangu Studio, we bring ancestral African stories and the richness of its diasporas to life through cutting-edge technological innovation such as Artificial Intelligence, VFX animation

Building upon our first project, inspired by our first project, Mahuungu, we want to take storytelling even further by integrating technologies such as generative artificial intelligence. This will enable us to design striking mythological realms where every detail - from landscapes to costumes - will contribute to the viewer's total immersion.

Our mission is to create timeless stories that inspire and uplift, while building bridges between yesterday's traditions and today's innovations.
